DOK 5 – innovation management – supports organizations with consultancy, interim management, workshops and presentations. Below the different services are explained in more detail. The Cycle of Innovation is the central framework in all services. It provides a comprehensive and structured method to organize innovation.


Innovation consultancy

Our consultancy consists of:

1. The development of innovation a strategy

2. Setting up the innovation organization or an innovation department

3. Assessments of innovation effectiveness, innovation processes and Stage gate processes

4. Innovation Quickscan, a one day assessment of the innovation effectiveness of the organization. The report shows the top3 of where improvement is needed most.
